Key Responsibilities: Provide quality Primary Health Care to individuals, families and the community (including outstations as required) within own competency level and agreed protocols (e.g. CARPA Manual), in order to meet expected Health Outcomes. Participate in the after hours on-call roster to meet community emergency needs. Promote and support Aboriginal Health Workers (AHW's) as the Primary Health Providers in the community to facilitate the delivery of culturally appropriate Health Care.
